Workshops & Coaching

One of the most rewarding things I do is coach and teach workshops on the Creative Process, Photography, and Business. These are very special sessions where we dive deep into what the Creative Process is and why it matters…and, most importantly, how to make it work for YOU. Whether you want to level up your Photography, or feel better about your creative output, these workshops are invaluable.

Below you’ll find general information on my workshops and 1:1 coaching. Usually these are customized for each client. So just reach out and we can discuss your needs.

Testimonials

“I wanted to thank you for the wonderful Workshop. It was something that I desperately needed and I didn't even realize the full extent of it until after the Workshop. Your presentation structure was solid and really clear and concise. I loved the exercises. It would be great if you continue the interactive exercises as part of the workshop. Your personal experiences that you talked about in relation to the topics helped us not only understand the concepts but also make us feel more comfortable to share our own. Once again, I want to thank you for being so selfless and awesome. Hope to see you sometime soon again.”

— Khreno Sekhose, Artist (Berlin)

“I started working with Kim for my Photography skills but we found that Kim started helping me with all of my creative endeavours, not just limited to my photography and moved into more of a coaching role. Kim has been instrumental in starting my own business and launching my dream. The sessions always feel like a collaborative effort but l leave each session not only feeling inspired but with an action plan, so I make steady progress. The lessons have moved from in real life to digital and there hasn't been a difference in the outcome. Still very happy and highly recommend working with Kim.”

— Hayden Czwarno, Creative Brand Strategist (Melbourne)

“Excellent! I really enjoyed the seminar. It was very formative, enriching and funny :) The passion, the infinite energy, the very useful information about the basics using a photo camera that Kim shows and gives in talking about photography.”

— Liri Donna, Masters Student (Rome)

“Thanks again so so much for your time, effort and huge help! I'm motivated enough to try and devote time to obtain decent skills in order use my camera better! I liked that there were specific methods and examples. Lots of new ideas and perspectives (no pun intended) on taking photos.”

— Anna Maria, FinTech Consultant (Brazil)

“I really enjoyed the fact that there were all kinds of moments. Listening, interacting, groups, exercises. I think that all this makes the workshop very dynamic and at least for me it helps me to improve my communication and to clarify ideas. Thank you so much for sharing your Knowledge with us, It is so amazing that there are people that devote their time to finding answers and ways of thinking. Often this is what is taken from education and I think it is a part that has to be rethought.”

— Xana, Diversity Director (Berlin)

“Thank you so much for your presentation on thursday. I enjoyed it a lot and can't wait for part 2! You were very inspiring and all the information was helpful and valuable! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and hope to see you soon for part 2.”

— Dorothee, Graphic Designer (Berlin)

“You gave me some good insights and although I already know much - talking and thinking about it increased my awareness about it. I think you did a great job by trying to involve us in your presentation, ask us questions and make us think so we get the most out of it.”

— Jasmin, HR Manager (Berlin)

“I finally get to sit down and send u a feedback on your wonderful workshop from last week !I loved the fact, that we were such a small group and bonded so quickly.

I’d love to get more sheets like the one you handed us, practical exercises. The one we got is amazing and I feel like I can use it for other themes as well. It’s a bit like the The Work of Byron Katie, but for the creative process- very cool.

I’d also love to have all the slides- not sure u would hand them out, but they were all so helpful, especially the one with the zones, comfort, fear, growth zone.. Seeing things is always so helpful. I can see you give a TED talk as well, I think you have the energy to pull up with 15 minutes around the creative process that would be very insightful and helpful for others.

(As you see, honestly I have nothing but praise, it was a heart on heart-full evening for me)

I could feel safe in your room right away, feeling, you know what you are doing and talking about.

I’d love to do part 2 !!!!!! Big up and much love.”

— Julianne, Artist (Berlin)

“I've always had a camera but haven't really known what to do with it. I found Kim and decided to take classes with her and honestly never looked back. I had a specific style I wanted to achieve, so Kim was great in working with me to help take photos like my inspiration. I've really loved the last 5 weeks. I think they have not only helped me with a skill point of view for photography but I think creatively I have benefited as well. It's been really nice having the opportunity to just to talk creatively and not have to explain everything to a non creative. I left every session with Kim feeling really inspired for all aspects of my life, not just my photography! Couldn't recommend it any more.”

— Hayden Czwarno, Creative Brand Strategist (Melbourne)
