”Kim was incredibly good at putting everyone at ease and getting them to smile genuine smiles and capturing the right atmosphere of our events. Also, she is a great listener who will try her best to understand our needs. We are beyond looking forward to working with her more often in the near future!”
— Grace Chia, Christian DIOR (Berlin)
“Kim was the official photographer at an event that we organized for 60 people. It was an absolutely great experience to work with her - she was adaptable, flexible, creative and very reliable and dedicated. She also showed rich experience in working on events and with groups - the event was for 3 days and in a mix of diverse indoor and outdoor spaces - and she was quick in creating the best environment and atmosphere for photos, and being always present in the right moment. Last but not least, she provided photos very quick after the event, and they were absolutely great! I would highly recommend working with Kim.”
— Mirna Smidt, Hive Leadership Conference and School of Happiness (Berlin / Greece)
Frequently Asked Questions
-
As early as you can, since dates can book – especially in spring and autumn conference season. That said, I do my best to accommodate short-notice requests, so it's always worth asking even if your event is soon. Send me the date and I'll tell you right away whether it's open.
-
Turnaround depends on the size of the event and what you need. We’ll agree upon it in advance. When you need a fast turnaround – i.e. selected images within 24hrs or same day for press, a recap, or social media while the event is still fresh – tell me, and I'll factor that into our agreement. Otherwise, my standard delivery time is within one week.
-
Yes. I photograph multi-day conferences, festivals, and corporate programs. We'll plan coverage around your agenda so the moments that matter – keynotes, networking, candid highlights – are all captured. Multi-day and multi-photographer coverage can both be arranged; just tell me the scope and we’ll create a solution.
-
Yes – reading the room is part of the job. During talks, ceremonies, and formal moments I work quietly and inconspicuously, capturing what's happening without becoming part of it. When it's time for portraits or group shots, I can direct warmly and efficiently so nobody's kept waiting.

You get an unlimited licence to use every final image, with no time limit and no extra fees down the line. What that looks like depends on who you are:
Booking as an individual: use your images anywhere you like social media, prints, your own website, gifts, wherever. They're yours to enjoy and share.
Building a personal brand: use them across your whole brand – website, social, newsletters, press, speaking profiles, marketing.
A company: use them across all your channels – website, campaigns, social, press, internal comms, recruiting. Editorial, commercial, and promotional use is all covered.
The one thing the licence doesn't include is reselling the images or handing the copyright to someone else. The photos are for your own use, not to licence on to third parties. If you ever need something beyond that, just ask and we'll sort it out.
-
I send your invoice after your final images are delivered. Payment is due within 14 days (Net 14), by bank transfer.
For companies: if your organization runs on longer payment cycles, no problem – just let me know before the event and we'll agree on terms that work for your process. -
Yes – I offer a free consultation call (video or phone) for anyone who wants to talk things through first before deciding to move forward. Ask me anything: about your needs, what you're trying to achieve, what would work best for you. I'm there to guide you, with no pressure to book afterwards.
Testimonials
“Kim gave us a perfect mix of close-ups, atmospheric shots, and portraits – everything looked great. I really appreciated the thoughtful selection and organization. Many thanks for this wonderful collaboration.”
— Evelyn Schubert, Falling Walls and Creative Bureaucracy Festival
“I used Kim's services multiple times, for personal as well as professional purposes, and was always happy with the results - the photos are processed fast (usually even before the agreed deadline) and mainly in a great quality, both from the setup (catching the moment) as well as from the quality and resolution of the files and the editing.
Another great bonus is the pleasant atmosphere Kim creates. While I love documenting moments, I don't always like having my photo taken, and somehow in the photoshoots we had - even the most photophobic people ended up enjoying the situation, thanks to the nice conversations we were having with Kim as the photos were taken.
To summarize - I can't recommend Kim enough and can't wait to have another reason for inviting her again.”
— Natalie Pistunovich, founder and OpenAI Dev Ambassador (Berlin)

“Kimberly and I worked together on my movie set for 3 days. She is an incredibly talented photographer and managed to capture every moment perfectly! The depth of color, the amazing control of light and the perfect timing made every shot a true masterpiece. She always showed up on time and was quick at delivering the content. I highly recommend her and can’t wait to work on new projects together.”
