Wear something that makes you feel confident and like the best version of yourself. Solid colors photograph more cleanly than busy patterns. Choosing a color based on your skin tone also helps. I can give you recommendations based on your needs and preferences. If the photos are for a specific use – LinkedIn, personal branding, a company page, a press feature – tell me, and I'll give you personalized guidance before the shoot.
-
Most sessions run between 1 to 2hrs, depending on the type, how many looks you want, and number of final images. A straightforward professional headshot is quick; a creative portrait or personal-branding session with location and outfit changes takes longer. I'll tell you exactly how much time to plan for when we discuss your session.
-
That depends on the session type and package. I'll confirm the number before we shoot, so there are no surprises. You'll receive a selection of edited, high-resolution images ready to use, in two file types – one for print and one for online usage. There is also an option to add more if you'd like a wider set.
-
Yes – I regularly photograph teams and groups. One of the common requests I get is consistent headshots across a whole company. I can photograph everyone in a matching style so your team page or profile images look cohesive, on location at your office. Tell me how many people and I'll give you a quote.
-
Yes – every final image is professionally edited, with natural and thoughtful retouching. The goal is always to look like you on a good day, not to look like someone else. If you have specific preferences about the level of retouching, just tell me and I'll work with that.
-
You get an unlimited licence to use every final image, with no time limit and no extra fees down the line. What that looks like depends on who you are:
Booking as an individual: use your images anywhere you like – social media, prints, your own website, gifts, wherever. They're yours to enjoy and share.
Building a personal brand: use them across your whole brand – website, social, newsletters, press, speaking profiles, marketing.
A company: use them across all your channels – website, campaigns, social, press, internal comms, recruiting. Editorial, commercial, and promotional use is all covered.
The one thing the licence doesn't include is reselling the images or handing the copyright to someone else – the photos are for your own use, not to licence on to third parties. If you ever need something beyond that, just ask and we'll sort it out.
-
Simple and low-stress. I send your invoice after I've delivered the final images and you're happy with them. Payment is due within 14 days (Net 14), usually by bank transfer, though I'm flexible: PayPal, wire, cash; whatever's easiest for you.
For companies: If your company needs longer – some do, especially larger ones with their own approval and payment cycles – that's completely fine. Just let me know in advance and we'll agree on a timeline.
-
Yes, I offer a free consultation call (video or phone) for anyone who wants to talk things through first before deciding to move forward. Ask me anything: about the session, what you're trying to achieve, what would work best for you. I'm there to guide you, with no pressure to book afterwards.

“I can’t recommend Kimberly enough! She is a pure pleasure to work with - and I had a chance to do so both for work and private projects. Kim has a talent to immediately read the room, which makes collaboration so easy. She is full of ideas, but always respectful to what you suggest first. Incredible eye for detail, grasping at a speed of light and delivering timely and abundantly. I like aesthetics and atmosphere Kim creates in her photos. On top of that, Kimberly is just an amazing and fun person to be around.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Kim on a photoshoot of me and my violin. She is an amazing photographer with such a natural, creative eye. In a short time and a busy outdoor location, she was able to capture a huge range of aesthetics, from professional headshots to edgy urban portraits.
I could not be happier with the beautiful results, but more than that, she was truly a joy to work with. She is responsive and professional, but also brings her own enjoyment and creativity to the process, which made it such a comfortable and fun experience. I certainly hope to get to do more work with Kim and would recommend her highly!”
